WHAT WE DO AT A PORTRAIT SESSION

Peter comes and takes the photographs you want, wherever you want!
(So long as it is within easy reach of Silloth)

Usually, this will be in your own home.
As we are often photographing children this is the best way to get nice natural photographs as the children are much more confident in their own home. Where possible a full studio is set up with a choice of backdrop, studio lights, etc.

After the shoot you come to the office where we can have a fun time viewing the photographs and whittling them down to a manageable number.

At the office you will also be able to see sample frames, canvasses, photo books, etc., to help you decide what you really want.

How long does it take?
This depends on the subjects, children often take a little time to settle and then can quickly become a little frazzled. Where necessary we will take a break to allow them time to settle. A fast shoot takes less than an hour, but if it takes three hours, so be it.

What does it cost?
To come and do a shoot at your location, up to six miles from Silloth the charge is £20, up to 15 miles we charge £30 and over 15 miles we will quote you a price.

Compared to going to a city studio our charges are very reasonable and our print charges are a snip.
